Barcelona the new champions of the champions league

They won! Barcelona won the champions league title and Thierry Henry was one of those who was really happy and said that the moment will always be engraved in his memory. Both teams were champions of their own league. Barcelona scored 2-0 and Man United did not managed to chase back as they seems not to be on their form that day. Nevertheless they still have their premier league cup.

Champions are crowned for both the English Premier League and Spanish League this week and the champions are Manchester United and Barcelona. Barcelona has been winning the league and for Manchester United they have done so with stiff competition from Liverpool. Man U's performance was pretty good and despite Liverpool's best performance for the club they are not able to win the cup. Interesting matches from both leagues and now that we know who the champions are, it also meant that it is time for the league to have their rest and it is after the next few months where spectators can watch the matches from these leagues and guess who will be the next champions to be crowned again.

A few days back Liverpool won and was at the top of the table. Liverpool's performance has been pretty well so far fans were happy and the players were definitely happy. But just yesterday Man United won against Man City with goals led by Christina Ronaldo and they managed to be at the top again. It seems like the next few matches both teams will be playing the chasing game not letting one or another to lag behind. Who will be the winner of this year's league? As the saying goes the ball is round what lies ahead perhaps are the interesting games put forth by both teams if they continue to maintain their standards.

When Manny Pacquiao also known as the "Pacman" knocked out his Opponent Ricky Hatton in the second round, it not only perhaps shocked the boxing world but has also stormed the whole of Philippines where he came from. Pacman like many other boxers entered boxing for one reason because he has what it takes and more importantly it is just for a piece of bread at the beginning.

What sets him different however is not how he boxes or how he win glamorously but how he has inspired and help his people. After he became rich as a boxer, many may be surprised by his action that he actually opened his house to anyone who came in and none will leave empty handed.

He remembered the hard times he had and now that he is successful he went back to help those who he can. When you know about this news you may feel touched by his action and the fact that he did not forget his roots and his people enjoying himself wherever he wants to be.
